Shipping
Pure-Water accepts Paypal, Visa & Mastercard. Simply enter your card details on the Secure-ordering page, along with your other details. GST will be charged for orders shipped to an Australian address and will be added at checkout.
To accurately calculate your shipping costs please add all items to your cart and then select ship to from the drop down menu and then press the recalculate button, this will give you the final shipping price prior to actual purchase of the items
Returns Policy
Pure-Water will allow the return of goods for a refund or exchange for the same item on the following conditions:

The products did not comply with your order |
Please action this request within 7 days of receipt of the products.
Before you return any products, please send an email to us at info@waterfiltershop.com.au In your email, include the reason for wanting to return the items by choosing from the above list.
A Customer Service representative will reply to your message and, if necessary, provide instructions for returning the products.
It is recommended that you make your choice carefully, to avoid any disappointment, as a refund or exchange will not be given for unsuitable or unwanted products.
For a returned product to be accepted based on the above 3 conditions, the products must be unused, sealed and in the same condition sold and accompanied by any original packaging.
Pure-Water will not commence processing the refund or exchange until the returned goods are received intact. Returns will only be accepted by Pure-Water if they are sent by prepaid parcel post.
A refund can only be made to the credit card used to make the purchase and will be for the product only.
If you qualify for a refund or exchange, Pure-Water will require you to submit your invoice with the products.
